The Indiana Weight Loss & Wellness Institute brings you a physician-directed, 12-week, comprehensive weight loss program. In this program, you get a multidisciplinary team working with you to develop a personalized weight loss and wellness plan. As a client you will receive one-on-one physician screenings and will participate in classes that will educate, motivate, and help you meet your weight loss and wellness goals.

  • Topic: Discussion of the basics of working out and the use of an exercise journal, demonstration and group participation in simple cardio and resistance training that can be done anywhere.
